Free Transportation Between the Airport and Disney's Coronado Springs Resort
By staying at Disney's Coronado Springs Resort, guests can take advantage of a complimentary airport transfer service called Magical Express. Not only will Disney pick you up at the airport and drop you off at your resort, they will also retrieve your bags and deliver those to your room as well. When it’s time to go home, you can check your bags at the resort and use Magical Express for your return to the airport.

Free Transportation to Disney Springs and Walt Disney World Theme Parks 
Guests will enjoy regularly scheduled complimentary transportation between the hotel, the various Walt Disney World Resort theme parks, and other selected locations. This includes Disney Springs, with more than 150 shopping, dining, and entertainment venues, featuring some of the world's most iconic brands and restaurants. Shuttles run every 10 minutes.

Resort Parking 
Standard overnight self-parking is available to registered guests for a fee of $19 per night. 

Scammers may call or email CRS attendees, faculty and exhibitors, claiming to represent CRS or CRS vendors, and encourage participants to book rooms using fake promotion companies like “Exhibitors Housing Services” or “Convention Hotel Services”. They may know a lot about the meeting and may even alter the caller ID to make it look like CRS or HMP is calling. Those targeted by these scammers are told housing is filling up or almost sold out and rooms should be booked with them immediately. Neither CRS, HMP or our host hotels will ever call you to solicit hotel reservations. Any legitimate message to attendees will direct you to the conference’s Travel & Hotel Information page, where participants will use secure links to our approved hotel blocks. HMP respects your privacy and will never post conference attendee or exhibitor’s personal information online.  Please note that rooms booked through any other source are at your own risk.
